The Savio Hockey Club & Academy will be organising an inaugural Savio Super 5s five-a-side hockey tournament for men, women and veteran men above 45 years under the aegis of Hockey Maharashtra on November 19 and 20 at the St Dominic Savio High School, Andheri.

The men’s champion team will be awarded Rs 35,000 and a trophy while the runner-up will be richer by Rs 20,000. The veterans champs will get Rs 25,000 while the runner-up will receive Rs 10,000. The tournament will be held under all COVID-19 protocols with temperature checks at specially installed sanitisation booths besides a strict masking policy.
