Mumbai’s kickboxers won an impressive 26 medals at the all-Maharashtra State Cadet and Junior Kickboxing Selection Championship that was jointly organised by the Kickboxing Sports Association Maharashtra and Ahmednagar Kickboxing Association at Supa in Ahmednagar recently. 

The city’s kickboxers clinched seven gold, seven silver and 12 bronze medals. The gold medal winners were Vince Patil, Samarth Sawant, Tejas Whitkar, Fatima Tujh Kagalwala, Sara Kagalwala, Zainab Barot and Reva Saxena. A total of 930 boys and girls from 24 districts of Maharashtra participated in this competition.
