Kiren rijiju
Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar and Union Ministers Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu, Kiren Rijiju, and Mansukh Mandaviya kicked off the `Har Ghar Tiranga` Bike Rally from Bharat Mandapam. The rally ended at the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium. This year marks the third edition of the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign, which runs from August 9 to 15 to celebrate the 78th Independence Day. Launched in 2022 under the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav banner, the campaign has grown into a major public movement, encouraging everyone to participate and show their pride in the national flag. Union Earth Science Minister Kiren Rijiju participated in the beach cleaning program at Besant Nagar Beach in Chennai on June 08. The beach cleaning program was organized to mark World Oceans Day. While talking to the media, Minister Rijiju said, “We have gathered here not only to clean the beaches but also to send a loud and clear message on this World Ocean Day, on how to keep our beaches clean.”
