BJP Tamil Nadu President Annamalai lashed out at Congress over Randeep Surjewala’s objectionable remark over Hema Malini. He said Congress’ Randeep Surjewala made “crass comment” and “justified” his remark. On April 04, Hema Malini also attacked Surjewala and advised him to learn to respect women from PM Modi. Clarifying his remark, Surjewala took to ‘X’ and alleged that BJP distorted his video and shared a longer version of his speech.
Bharatiya Janata Party MP Hema Malini emphasised the importance of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections on March 17. While speaking tomediapersons, Hema Malini said the elections are important for the whole world. She also said that global leaders are rooting for Prime Minister Narendra Modi to get elected as Prime Minister again. BJP MP Hema Malini said, "These elections are very important not only for the state or the country but also for the whole world. The leaders of the world want PM Modi to become the prime minister and guide them... The popularity of Mathura and Vrindavan has increased in the last 10 years. River Yamuna is also one of the main issues for us this time."
