Maharashtra sees 455, and also records no fatalities

Mumbai on Sunday reported 172 Covid-19 cases, and no fatalities as per the BMC. The tally in the city stood at 11,51,342. At least 166 of the patients are asymptomatic. At least six of the patients were hospitalised and two of them are on oxygen support. There were 102 patients who recovered. Mumbai currently has 862 active patients.
There were 6,974 tests done in the city. Mumbai’s doubling rate is 8,341 days. The recovery rate is 98.2 per cent. There are no containment zones or sealed buildings. Maharashtra on Sunday recorded 455 Covid-19 cases, which took the tally to 81,24,754, while the death toll remained unchanged at 1,48,357, a health official said.
