HC frames issues on Bal Thackeray's will as Jaidev disputes it

<p>The Bombay High Court today framed issues regarding the will of late Shiv Sena supremo Bal Thackeray with his estranged son Jaidev contending that his father was not of sound mind when he signed it.</p>

Mumbai: The Bombay High Court today framed issues regarding the will of late Shiv Sena supremo Bal Thackeray with his estranged son Jaidev contending that his father was not of sound mind when he signed it.
Justice R D Dhanuka framed the issues after hearing advocates Rajesh Shah and Seema Sarnaik, the lawyers of Thackeray's sons Uddhav (the current Sena president) and Jaidev, respectively.
