Although his upcoming venture, Rohit Shetty's Simmba, is a remake of Junior NTR's Temper (2015), Ranveer Singh is no mood to work on any more films that are rehashed from South releases. If the grapevine is to be believed, Singh has been offered a gamut of projects inspired by successful South Indian ventures, but he has turned them down. After following his act as Alauddin Khilji in Padmaavat with a masala entertainer, the actor hopes to work on an entirely different genre.
