Observing the “sorry state of affairs” in the running of the Table Tennis Federation of India (TTFI) and the need to revamp it, the Delhi High Court-appointed Committee of Administrators (CoA) on Wednesday observed that there is total mismanagement in TTFI’s functioning with no record of any decision or meeting to take major decisions.
In its 91-page report submitted before the high court, the CoA said there “is a critical need to re-examine the entire byelaws.”
