The AC Ardeshir Trophy (Gr 3) is framed as the feature event of Sunday`s nine-race card at the Mahalaxmi racetrack. The Malesh Narredu-trained Giant Star, who has won all his three races on this track this season before getting outclassed in the Major P K Mehra Super Mile at Chennai over the Invitation Cup weekend, seems to have a slender edge over his rivals. Giant Star will be ridden by Neeraj Rawal, who will have to be wary of the younger Presidential (P S Chouhan up) and the older Victorious Sermon (C S Jodha up).
First race at 2 pm.
