Race goers can get lucky by just being at the Mahalaxmi racecourse on Sunday for the inaugural Poonawalla Stud Farms Auction Sale Stakes.
Thanks to some out-of-the-box thinking by Zavaray Poonawalla, the former chairman of the Royal Western India Turf Club (RWITC), race goers will be required to write their name and phone number on a form that will be handed to them at the members’ enclosure of the Mahalaxmi racecourse.
