Legendary footballer <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/sports/football/article/bhaichung-warned-me-against-chaubey-ex-secy-general-shaji-23363765" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Bhaichung Bhutia</a> on Saturday told the All India Football Federation&rsquo;s (AIFF) executive committee that he is resigning from his membership of the technical committee, alleging that the panel was &ldquo;bypassed&rdquo; while appointing the national men&rsquo;s team head coach.
