In the 1986 third-test match against England in Birmingham, Chetan Sharma dismissed four English batters in their first innings for 130 runs. In the hosts` second innings, the Indian pacer again showcased an exceptional show with the ball and registered six wickets for 58 runs. He ended the match with the figures of 188 runs for 10 wickets. So far, this is India`s best bowling figures against England

Jasprit Bumrah
India`s lead pacer Jasprit Bumrah recently bagged nine wickets against England in a test match in Visakhapatnam. Bumrah starred in the visitor`s first innings by registering six wickets for 45 runs. In the second innings, the Indian speedster delivered yet again and picked three wickets for 46 runs. He registered a tottal of nine wickets by conceding 91 runs

One of the finest Indian pacers Zaheer Khan comes fourth on the list. In 2007, in a test match played in Nottingham, Khan bagged four wickets in the first and five wickets in the second innings against England. His bowling figures were nine wickets for 134 runs

Star Indian pacer Mohammed Siraj also has his name registered on the list. During the test match played at Lord`s in 2021, Siraj registered his best bowling figures against England in tests. He picked up four wickets in both the England`s innings. He ended with figures of 126 runs for eight wickets
