Former West Indies batsman Shivnarine Chanderpaul holds the record for the most number of unbeaten centuries in the traditional format of the game. Representing West Indies in 164 test matches he scored 30 centuries. Out of 30 tons, he has 18 unbeaten test centuries

The record for the most number of unbeaten centuries in ODIs is in the name of India`s prolific batsman Virat Kohli. So far, the veteran has featured in 292 ODI matches for the side and has registered 50 centuries which is the most by any batsman in ODI history. Out of 50 centuries, the star Indian has returned to the pavilion with 19 unbeaten ODI tons to his name

Recently, Australia`s Glenn Maxwell achieved the feat of completing the most centuries in the shortest format of the game. He is now the join-most century scorer in T20Is which is five with Rohit Sharma. Maxwell also holds the record for most unbeaten T20I centuries. He was not out in all the five T20I centuries scored by him
