As Team India is set to clash with Afghanistan in the Super 8 stage of the T20 World Cup 2024, former spinner Harbhajan Singh praised the side`s performances in the group stage. He also added that Hardik Panyda`s ball show and Rishabh Pant scoring runs at number three are the biggest positives from the T20 World Cup 2024 campaign so far.
Rohit Sharm-led India remained unbeaten in the group-stage matches. Rohit and Co. defeated Ireland, Pakistan and the USA before their last T20 World Cup 2024 group stage match against Canada was cancelled due to a wet outfield.
