The <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/sports/cricket/article/dashing-dube-has-skipper-ajinkya-rahanes-backing-23335993" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Ajinkya Rahane</a>-led Mumbai outfit, who will play Baroda in the Ranji Trophy quarter-finals at Mumbai Cricket Association&rsquo;s Bandra Kurla Complex ground from Friday, will miss the services of in-form all-rounder Shivam Dube.

The India T20 player, who scored two crucial centuries&mdash;against Uttar Pradesh and in the last game versus Assam&mdash;had been rested for the Chhattisgarh match&nbsp; earlier this month due to stiffness in his legs. &ldquo;He [Dube] is unfit and has been advised rest till February 28,&rdquo; Mumbai chief selector Raju Kulkarni told mid-day on Tuesday.
Young spin bowling all-rounder Musheer Khan, who recently helped India reach the U-19 World Cup final against Australia in South Africa, has replaced Dube in the 16-member squad. Musheer represented Mumbai in three first-class games last season.
