Riding on skipper Hardik Tamore’s unbeaten 152 and opener Angkrish Raghuvanshi’s 112, Mumbai U-25 reached 303-3 against Tamil Nadu (TN) at stumps on Day One of their CK Nayudu Trophy encounter in Puducherry on Tuesday.
After electing to bat, Mumbai lost opener Musheer Khan (14) early, but India U-19 batsman Raghuvanshi and wicketkeeper-batsman Tamore showed determination to stitch a 230-run stand. Tamore’s knock was laced with 15 fours and two sixes while Raghuvanshi hit 12 fours and two sixes.
