Congress’ Secretary In-Charge of Himachal Pradesh Tajinder Singh Bittu, ahead of Lok Sabha Elections 2024 resigned primary leadership of the party on April 20. Hours after resigning, ex-Congress leader joined Bharatiya Janata Party at party headquarters in Delhi. Tajinder Singh Bittu joined BJP in the presence of Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw and party General Secretary Vinod Tawde.
