The Uttarakhand Cabinet has granted approval to the final version of the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) on the eve of a special four-day session in the state Assembly, starting Monday.
The decision was made during a cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, newswire PTI reported.
