Tripura: Man kills tea seller for refusing to serve him; arrested

Agartala police detained a man on charges of killing a tea vendor following a heated confrontation in which the vendor refused to provide the guy tea or cigarettes, claiming he owed him `dues`.
The deceased, identified as Sukhen Das, passed away from his wounds following an attack by the accused using a brick.
