Lashing out actor Tamil movie hero C. Joseph Vijay (cine name Vijay) for trying avoid payment of entry tax on import of an ultra-luxury Rolls Royce Ghost car, the Madras High Court ordered him to pay the tax and also levied a cost of Rs 1 lakh.
The court also strongly disapproved the actor`s action of not revealing his occupation in his affidavit and held that tax evasion is to be construed as an anti-national habit.
