The Delhi High Court will hear Bibhav Kumar`s plea challenging his arrest in the assault case lodged by AAP MP Swati Maliwal on May 31, reported PTI.
Kumar, a close aide of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, on Wednesday moved the Delhi High Court seeking direction to declare his arrest by Delhi Police as illegal and in gross violation of the provisions of Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
