Leader of the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD), Harsimrat Kaur Badal, stated on Friday that the new Central administration ought to concentrate on resolving the complaints of the farmers and keeping the commitments that were previously given to them.

Leader of the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD), Harsimrat Kaur Badal, stated on Friday that the new Central administration ought to concentrate on resolving the complaints of the farmers and keeping the commitments that were previously given to them. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to take oath for the third successive term in office on June 9, sources said.
In Prime Minister Modi`s ministry, Harsimrat Kaur Badal served as Minister of Food Processing Industries from 2014 until 2020. She stated that Punjabis should not be classified as "atankwadi" (terrorists).
