Rajasthan: 4 cops suspended for not acting against sale of 'beef'

On information of cow slaughter and selling of beef in the open, several police teams conducted raids and caught some suspects

Four policemen were suspended at Rajasthan`s Khairthal-Tijara district police station and other personnel were shifted to other police lines for not taking action against people allegedly selling meat suspected to be beef.
As per news wire PTI report, on information of cow slaughter and selling of beef in the open, several police teams conducted raids in the area and caught some suspects. Jaipur Inspector General (IG) of Police Umesh Dutta said that various teams were formed for combing operations in four districts in the range.
