The Congress on Wednesday slammed the Centre over "skyrocketing prices" of commodities most needed during the festive season and alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had "completely failed" in controlling inflation, reported news agency PTI.
In a post in Hindi on X, Jairam Ramesh shared a media report on rising price of wheat and said that despite playing with statistics, the "news of Modi-made inflation" is coming every day.
