The assembly aims to use the G20 Summit as a platform for transformative change, fostering a new era of collaboration that transcends borders and ideologies to create a future where all people can prosper in harmony with each other and the planet.
The event, which took place on August 23-24 at the Constitution Club in New Delhi, brought together representatives from global civil society to collectively voice their demands. It engaged over 300 delegates from various parts of India and featured participation from notable civil society leaders from South Africa, the EU, South Korea, Japan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and other countries, including virtual attendees during multiple sessions.
