The Congress on Saturday attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi over his three-city visit to review the Covid-19 vaccine development and manufacturing process, saying he should be holding meetings to strategise how it will be allocated instead of doing publicity everytime.
Addressing a press conference at the Delhi Congress office here, Congress Spokesperson Pawan Khera said, "The Prime Minister should be holding meetings to strategise and decide on how will the vaccines be allocated, how will it work and who will get them first."
