Cabinet ministers were allotted portfolios a day after the NDA formed the Central Government on Sunday. A meeting was held today at the PM Modi`s residence in Delhi to discuss the division of ministries with the Union Ministers.
Amit Shah and Rajnath Singh retained their ministries for a third term. Amit Shah hold the Home portfolio while Rajnath Singh head the Ministry of Defence. J.P. Nadda has beeen appointed as the new Minister of Health replacing Mansukh Mandaviya.
