Speaking at a rally amid Lok Sabha Elections 2024 in Solapur on Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi criticised the opposition "INDI alliance" for wanting to rotate the Prime Minister`s job every year. He questioned whether such a system is appropriate for running a vast country like India.
Modi claimed that if the INDIA bloc won power during the Lok Sabha Elections 2024, it would apply a "one year, one PM" formula over five years, resulting in five different Prime Ministers. He emphasised the value of stability in leadership, contrasted with the unpredictability of shifting leadership, reported PTI.
