Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Tuesday expressed condolences over the death of 14 persons in a major fire in Dhanbad`s Ashirwad Tower Apartment.
As many 12 others were also injured in the fire that broke out in the Dhanbad apartment.
