India logs 109 Covid-19 cases in a day, active tally at 1,460

India`s Covid-19 infection tally rose by 109 in a day while active cases have declined to 1,460 from 1,476 a day ago, according to Health Ministry data updated on Friday.
The death toll has been recorded at 5,31,915, the data stated. The tally of Covid-19 cases has been recorded at 4.49 crore. The national Covid-19 recovery rate has been recorded at 98.81 per cent, according to the health ministry website.
