Amid the ongoing hijab row in Karnataka, the Ministry of External Affairs has said that it is India`s internal matter and other countries have no right to comment on the issue.

Arindam Bagchi, official spokesperson of the External Affairs ministry, while responding to a question said, "This is not a matter for the Ministry of External Affairs. Being an internal matter of India, any comment on it by an outsider or another country is not welcome."
