The Delhi High Court has come to the rescue of a Delhi Police constable candidate who was rejected on account of a "faded tattoo" on his right arm, and ordered the authorities to allow him to join the force.
The high court, which noted that the candidate had already undergone surgery for the removal of the tattoo, asked him to appear before it and physically saw his right forearm.
