Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis introduced a series of educational videos developed by Nagpur City Police as part of the "Police Didi" project. The initiative`s goal is to involve and educate school-aged girls, parents, and teachers on how to recognise, prevent, and respond to threats of sexual offences, harassment, and abuse, stated a report in PTI.
According to the report, Aswati Dorje, Joint Commissioner of Police, stated that the educational videos are not only informative but also designed to appeal to their target audience. The Nagpur Police emphasises teamwork in tackling societal concerns and is determined to prevent human trafficking.
