Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal Monday raised concerns over what he termed as a "serious constitutional crisis" gripping the national capital city. Kejriwal accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of exerting pressure on government officers to halt the implementation of a one-time settlement scheme aimed at correcting water bills.
The CM alleged that officers were refusing to carry out their duties citing alleged threats. Kejriwal minced no words in pointing fingers at the BJP, alleging that their interference was obstructing the administration`s efforts to address critical issues.
