During the all-party meeting held before the session, the leader of Congress in Lok Sabha, Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury, asserted that if the government wants Parliament to function smoothly, it should provide space for the opposition`s issues.
Chowdhury highlighted that he had raised various issues in the Business Advisory Committee meeting and reiterated them during the all-party meeting. Among the issues that the Congress is seeking to be discussed are the situation in Manipur, which has been deteriorating for over two months.
