Youth in Navi Mumbai grievously assaulted by tanker driver after dispute

Youth in Navi Mumbai was subjected to violent assault after a fight with an unidentified tanker driver which also involved others. The incident left a 21-year-old with serious injuries.

A youth in Navi Mumbai was subjected to violent assault after a fight with an unidentified tanker driver which also involved others. The incident left the 21-year-old with serious injuries. The victim of the attack, which happened in the Turbhe neighbourhood early on Monday, is in critical condition.
A conflict resulted from the altercation between the victim and the tanker driver, according to Turbhe police station officials. The young man was allegedly attacked by the tanker driver and a gang of ten to twelve people who were carrying iron rods and sticks, a report in PTI added.
