Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Uddhav Thackeray slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi for referring to him as the "nakli santaan" (false child) of late Balasaheb Thackeray, claiming that he would not tolerate insults aimed at his parents.
Thackeray slammed the PM`s insulting statements while speaking at a rally in Srirampur, Ahmednagar, in support of his party`s Shirdi Lok Sabha candidate Bhausaheb Wakchaure. He questioned how the Prime Minister could dishonour his parents by paying homage to the late Shiv Sena founder`s Shivaji Park memorial during his May 17 visit to Mumbai, reported PTI.
