Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, who is in Mumbai, assured of a Mulund Terminus and Borivali-Konkan railway route at various Lok Sabha Elections 2024 campaign events. BJP`s Mumbai North East constituency candidate Mihir Kotecha took up the issue of Mulund Terminus with Vaishnaw on Thursday saying it will reduce people`s hardships and the railway minister responded affirmatively.
Kotecha, interacting with the public, said, "After getting elected as an MP, I will take up Mulund terminus on a railway land parcel in Mulund as my priority. This demand has been pending for a long time. Commuters going to Konkan have to go to Diva and wait for at least three hours at night to board a train. This has been causing them hardships."
