Accused's mother seeks protection for teen after fake video goes viral

Speaking about the fake video concerning the Pune car crash, teen accused`s mother said that the viral video, featuring rap song, is not of her son.

The mother of the 17-year-old accused of the Pune car crash has asked the police to protect her son after a fake video of him boasting about the incident has gone viral. In a video message, the accused`s mother was seen stressing that the viral video was not of her son and was completely fabricated, reported PTI.
According to the report, speaking about the fake video concerning the Pune car crash, the teen accused`s mother said, "The video which is being circulated is not of my son. That is a fake video. My son is in the detention centre."
