Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has said that the inauguration of the Bochasanwasi Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS) Mandir in Abu Dhabi is a `proud moment` for all the Indians, reported news agency ANI.
