The Bombay High Court on Wednesday issued a notice to Maharashtra assembly speaker Rahul Narwekar and 10 MLAs belonging to Sharad Pawar`s NCP faction on petitions challenging the speaker`s decision to not disqualify them, reported news agency PTI.
