Navi Mumbai woman goes into labour on local train, cops rush her to hospital

A 25-year-old woman, Zakia Mehboob Syed, went into labour while riding a local train in Navi Mumbai; it happened at Nerul station on Tuesday morning around 8:30 am.

A 25-year-old woman, Zakia Mehboob Syed, suffered labour pains while riding a local train in Navi Mumbai. The event occurred Tuesday morning at about 8:30 am when the train arrived at Nerul station. The railway police responded immediately to secure her safety.
Senior Police Inspector Sambhaji Katare of the Government Railway Police reported that three female police constables helped take Zakia to Meenatai Thackeray Hospital in Nerul via ambulance, reported PTI.
