Both emails asked for money, threatening to kill the tycoon if demands were not met

Business magnate Mukesh Ambani has received two death threat within a span of 24 hours. The Gamdevi police have registered a complaint and have initiated investigations. Police officials said that the first threat was received at around 8.51 pm on Friday via email, which was sent to the industrialist’s personal email ID. The email, purportedly from a sender named Shadab Khan, said, “If you don’t give us 20 crore, we will kill you. We have the best shooters in India.”
It was seen by his executive assistant, who immediately notified the security head. The Gamdevi police were subsequently informed and an FIR was filed against sender of the email in the early hours of Saturday morning. Later on Saturday, another email was received at the same email ID, which said, “You have not responded to our email. Now the amount is Rs 200 crore. Otherwise, death warrant is signed.” Security officials at Antilla, Ambani’s residence in Mumbai, once again informed the police.
