On Thursday morning, commuters travelling in Mumbai`s Matunga Central found themselves stuck in unusual traffic as a dumper truck climbed up a divider along the busy Tulpule Bridge.
The incident occurred around 6 am on Thursday morning, when the dumper loss control, and climbed up the divider on the Tulpule Bridge in Matunga Central.
