Mumbai reported 132 new <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/search/covid-all" rel="nofollow">Covid-19 cases</a> and no deaths on Friday, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (<a href="https://www.mid-day.com/search/BMC-all" rel="nofollow">BMC</a>) said. The new coronavirus cases raised the tally to 11,51,040 and toll to 19,734.&nbsp;
The count of recoveries reached 11,30,514 after 115 patients recovered from the infection in the last 24 hours, the BMC said.
The city witnessed a rise in daily infections, as the city had recorded 80 cases on Thursday.

Of the cases recorded on October 7, only 2 patients were symptomatic who were hospitalised, the civic body said.
With a recovery rate of 98.2 per cent and doubling rate of 8658 days, the city currently has 792 active cases.
