<a href="https://www.mid-day.com/search/mumbai-all" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Mumbai</a> reported as many as 130 new cases of <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/search/Covid-all" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Covid-19</a> and one death on Saturday, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) said.&nbsp;
The fresh cases raised the tally of infections to 11,51,170 and toll to 19,735, the BMC said.&nbsp;
129 patients recovered from the virus, taking the total count of recoveries to 11,30,643, the civic body added.

The city now has a recovery rate of 98.2 per cent. At present there are 792 active cases in Mumbai, BMC said in a bulletin.
Of the 130 cases on October 8, only 6 patients are symptomatic and were hospitalised.
