Mumbai: Man dead, friend in hospital after duo falls from running train

Two employees of an advertising agency based in Goregaon allegedly fell off a running train on Tuesday night. One of them died and the other is fighting for her life in a Bandra-based hospital.
The Bandra Government Railway Police (GRP) are trying to find out if there was any foul play in the incident. The incident occurred around 9 pm on Tuesday, when Jeremy Fernandes (25) and Niyanta Mirjankar (22) were on their way home from work. While Fernandes’ house is in Charni Road, Mirjankar lives in Bandra.
