Mumbai local: Central Railway to operate mega block on January 28, check details

Central Railway mega block: The Mega Block will affect both the Up and Down slow lines of the Matunga-Mulund section and the Down fast line from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai to Matunga during the morning hours from 11:05 AM to 3:55 PM.

Central Railway`s Mumbai division has announced a Mega Block on Sunday, January 28. The Central Railway mega block will affect both the Up and Down slow lines of the Matunga-Mulund section and the Down fast line from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai to Matunga during the morning hours from 11:05 AM to 3:55 PM.
A spokesperson of Central Railway said in a statement that as part of the mega block, local train services on the Down slow line from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai to Matunga and Mulund stations will be diverted to the slow line, causing an estimated delay of around 15 minutes at designated halts.
