No one was injured; firefighters battle blaze for five hours to bring it under control, take three more to douse it completely

A fire tore through scrap godowns at Kurla on Friday, less than 24 hours after a blaze destroyed 14 vehicles at Girgaon. The Kurla fire started a little before 4 am and was put off at 11.20 am. Officials said no one was injured in the accident that turned discarded computer parts, furniture, automobile components and clothes into ashes.
