The Kasturba Marg police on Friday arrested a man and his son for duping a businessman of crores of rupees by offering him sub-dealership of Honda two-wheelers but not delivering the vehicles to him.

The arrested accused have been identified as Anil Shantilal Parekh and Vishal Anil Parekh, owners of Parekh Automotives Pvt Ltd. The duo allegedly cheated Hemant Vora, owner of HKF Motors—a two-wheeler showroom in Borivli East, of Rs 2.33 crore.
